It is likely that Saliba starts against Spain in the semifinal. Hopefully, Saliba plays well once again, regardless of the result.
Arsenal 2024 Summer Part 5: Reports Indicate Arsenal Wants to Sign Riccardo Calafiori
There have been rumors and reports from a variety of sources regarding Arsenal’s interest in Bologna center-back Riccardo Calafiori. However, the reputable reports indicate that Arsenal wants to sign him and is working on that transfer. The Gunners would likely play him at left-back and Calafiori would probably replace either Zinchenko or Kiwior.
Calafiori is 21 years old and has only played one season in Serie A with Bologna. It is understandable to worry about his lack of experience somewhat. Despite this, Calafiori would add quality depth to Arsenal’s defense and his youth means he has plenty of room to grow. Bologna reportedly want 50 million euros for him.
